Chesse garlic stuffed bread recipe is prepared without using yeast.No yeast means less time consuming.This tastes and looks more delicious then Domino's bread. During this pandemic, people often search for quick and easy recipes so this is perfect choice specially for tea time. Lots of garlic, cheese and corn makes the stuffed bread taste delicious and treat for vegetarian lovers.
INGREDIENTS
2 Cup Maida(all purpose flour)
2 Tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
4 Tbsp sour curd
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
½ cup milk (room temperature)
1 tsp water
3 tsp oil
FOR GARLIC BUTTER
2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
5 tbsp butter (room temperature)
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
FOR STUFFING
Fresh chopped coriander
100 gms mozzarella cheese
Some Boiled sweet corn
3 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
FOR TOPPING
1 tbsp pepper powder
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp herbs
Some coriander chopped
METHOD
1. In a bowl take all purpose flour, salt, sugar, herbs, chilli flakes, baking soda and abking powder. Mix everything well using a spoon.
2. After all the dry ingredients are mixed well add 2tbsp oil, sour curd and mix everything lightly with hands.
3. Now add little milk at a time and form a soft dough, add water if required.
4. Put the dough on a flat surface and kneed it for 10-15 mins.
5. Make a ball of dough, apply some oil on top, put it in a bowl and cover it with a cloth and let it rest for about an hour.
6. To make garlic butter, take a small bowl and add room temperature butter, chopped coriander and garlic and mix everything well.
7. After 1 hour kneed the dough for about a minute.
8. Now divide the dough into two equal parts.
9. Take 1 part and roll it out with rolling pin. It should be little bit thicker like a paratha.
10. Apply some garlic butter on half side of the rolled dough, put some cheese, sweet corn and capsicum on it and fold the other side and seal the edges properly.
11. Once its sealed, apply some garlic butter on top of it and sprinkle some chilli flakes, pepper powder, coriander and herbs.
12.Do the same thing with the second dough.
13. Transfer both the breads on a greased baking tray and make some cuts using knife.
14. Preheat your oven at 180 degree for 10 mins and bake both the bread for 20-25 mins.
