This is a pasta with cheese and garlic recipe with white sause which you can make for brunch, lunch, dinner or anytime you want. It just takes 15-20 mins to make. It is very simple and easy to make with very few basic ingredients easily available in your kitchen. It is very creamy, cheesy and garlicky. It tastes better when served hot.
PREP/ COOKING TIME- 20 MINS

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups macroni
5-6 Garlic cloves ; finely chopped
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
½ cup grated cheese
Salt as per taste
1 ½ tsp pepper
½ cup veg stock
½ cup milk
2 tbsp chopped coriander for garnish
METHOD
1.Cook pasta as per directions given on the packet.
2. While pasta is cooking, start making the sauce.
3. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add chopped garlic and cook it continuously stirring for 1-2 minutes. (DO NOT BURN THE GARLIC)
4. Add flour and whisk it for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add milk and veg stock slowly one by one. Bring it to a simmer and add grated cheese and whisk it till the cheese is completely melted.
6. Now season the sauce with some salt and pepper and add cooked pasta and mix everything well. Garnish it with some coriander.
